Duration of class: 1 hour

Training consists of several parts – a power workout, acrobatics (studying basic elements, various stands, somersaults, rolls and equilibria), pole sport (studying pole tricks, twist, various elements, combinations) and stretching. For children (from 6 years)

Training outfit: T-shirt, top, short shorts (not denim), possible the swimsuit. Leggings, socks. Body is possible for 1st training, then better to wear separate set
