POLE INTRO

Class Duration: 1 hour

This class is an introduction to pole dance fitness and recommended for all beginners. You will learn fundamental moves, such as spins and grips that will help you move towards gaining strength, toning your body, and improving confidence around the pole. No need to have any fitness or sports background, everybody is welcome.

Training outfit: T-shirt, top, short shorts (not denim) or special pole dance set.
