WHO’S SHE? You’ve probably heard of Daria @tr

WHO’S SHE?

You’ve probably heard of Daria @train.with.daria — the owner of the studio. But what exactly do we know about her?

🇷🇺Daria is originally from Russia. Her sports experience begins with acrobatics which she started at the age of 9. Then, nearly ten years later, she discovered the pole and worked her way into professional competitive pole dance.

🏆As a result, she first became the winner and prizewinner of pole dance championships in Russia, and then a participant in the International Pole Dance Championships (women’s professional category) in Thailand and the Philippines in 2018.

In order to enrich her knowledge, diversify her style and hone her skills in general, Daria took part in various pole dance camps and workshops held in Russia.

She has the title of Master of Sports of the Russian Federation, as well as numerous certificates in personal training and fitness.

💃🏻Here in Phuket, Daria performed in Catch Beach Club as a pole dance artist, participated in the Phuket talent contest “Stargazer” and organised Pole Dance camps. She also started teaching pole dance and was eventually able to take over the Studio.

“😇My dream was to create a spacious and beautiful pole dance studio where I could share my experience and help my students become stronger, more flexible, achieve their goals, believe in themselves and never give up on their dreams. I am currently working on building a close-knit community of like-minded polers, who share the same passion, support, and help each other. I’m very grateful to everyone who has ever been a part of our Pole dance studio, contributed to it and still keeps on making it work.
