Class Duration: 1 hour
This class is divided into 2 directions: right/left and middle splits and flexibility of the back. This is a system of exercises aimed at working with muscles, ligaments and joints. This is a natural stretch, which increases the elasticity of the ligaments, improves blood circulation and coordination of movements, joint mobility, muscle condition, and develops flexibility, straightens up the posture, and reduces the risk of injury.
Training outfit: Leggings, T-shirt, knee pads (for those who has sensitive knees), you can take even knee high socks.
