Class Duration: 1 hour
Our Aerial acrobatics, designed especially for teens, will integrate acrobatics elements (flips, handstands, bridges) and dance routines together all while using the pole. At the end of the class we work on flexibility.
This class will focus on building physical strength while encouraging personal expression through movement. Students of this class will build confidence as they master aerial maneuvers and develop friendships with their classmates.
Class Attire: Students should wear a tank top or t-shirt with fitness shorts. Class is held barefoot.
