1) Master your Forearm Grip. The bottom elbow is looking diagonally down. Imagine that you are doing Forearm Plank

2) Master your Shin Grip. Make sure that the pole is not going in between your thighs. Squeeze the pole with your shin bones.

3) Try to put Forearm Grip and Shin Grip together. Pull your knees high, next to your bottom elbow. Practice on both sides 

4) After step 3, try to come on up and place the other forearm up in front of your chest 

5) Pull your knees up, making a step up

6) Stand up, place the other forearm on the pole, pull the knees up again. 

Remember: you always switch your FOREARMS, not your legs 🙂

It is very important 🙏🏻

1️⃣ We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel or reschedule your class 2 hours before the beginning of the class or earlier. Please note that if you don't cancel the class in this way, it will be considered attended, regardless of the reason of your absence.

2️⃣ Validity starts from your first class attended, not from purchase. Your membership package/single class/trial class must be activated no later than 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of the purchase*. If you attend your first class on the day of purchase, the membership is considered to be activated on that day.

3️⃣ If you don't activate your membership within the specified time, you can request a refund within 1 week after it expires.

4️⃣ Classes not used within the valid time are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

5️⃣ No one else can use your membership to attend our classes*. 

6️⃣ Members with 4 and 8-class packages can freeze their memberships for 1 week. Members with 14-class and unlimited packages can freeze their memberships for 2 weeks, regardless of the reason. 

7️⃣ If you get ill or injured, you can request a refund for unused classes within one week after the last day of the freeze. A medical note must be provided.

8️⃣ If you buy a package of classes, attend one of them and then decide not to continue with the classes for any reason, you can request a refund for unused classes within one week after the first attended class. 

* That doesn't refer to special offers. When there is a special offer, read its details carefully.
